I get it; there’s a lot to be anxious about these days, but if anxiety feels like it’s taking over your life, then you might benefit from talking to someone about it. The anxiety cycle can be so hard to get out of, but it is possible! Whether you are struggling with a phobia, social or general anxiety, there are strategies to get relief. One of the things I can work with you most on is checking the facts, finding ways to change your thought patterns, and learning to break the toxic cycle of avoidance that often leaves us more and more afraid.
